I was excited about my order, which was placed around Thanksgiving, I didn't receive it until about a month later which cooled my excitement. When it arrived, putting it together was challenging because the instructions were in Chinese. The paper looked like a low resolution copy of a copy. Overall I'm moderately happy with the light. Pricey for the look of the finished product. The components were not manufactured well, with small scratches and minor warping. Not poor enough to go through the effort of returning. The bulbs look cheap and are overly bright. I contacted support and they were responsive. However they couldn't confirm if I would be able to use dimmable bulbs. The pictures got me jazzed, but the final product is middling. Similar quality as something you'd buy at Menards.

These handblown glass lights are absolutely gorgeous and truly are pieces of art. I was also so pleased with the excellent communication and response around questions that I had.
This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous! It is well made and easy to assemble but NOTE you may need longer screws to attach the ceiling plate—we did. The dimmable bulbs that Rufat advised me would allow the fixture to dim did not work despite my having installed a dimmable wall switch and (separately)buying exactly the bulbs he recommended. We put in 2 bulbs and tried it, and they both popped! But the bulbs that came with the fixture work just fine, and fortunately my room was dim enough and the ceiling high enough that the light is not too bright or harsh. But be careful if you're buying for a smaller room with less need for bright light, or a dining room; maybe consider getting a fixture with fewer bulbs than you otherwise might. We LOVE it!
